Product exchange/returns

The exchange of product(s) is usually returned using the GLS courier service.

We expect the product ordered online to be returned in its original condition by courier service to the following address: Clash Kft., 1047 Budapest, Károlyi István u. 10. IV. ép. 1.em.

In all cases, we can only replace or take back products that are not damaged, have not been washed and bear the label (i.e. in the condition in which the customer received them).
